After applying rosin, gently comb the bow hair from frog to tip in one continuous direction. The textured surface redistributes loose particles and helps prevent heavy concentrations from remaining in one area of the hair.

Apply rosin to the bow hair as usual.

Pass the spreader gently from frog to tip—never back and forth.

Return the spreader to the base of the rosin after use.
